🌪 The Spiritual Joy of Bad Disaster Movies You’d think disaster movies would be the last thing anyone would call “self-care.” Catastrophic storms, earthquakes splitting the earth, sharks in tornadoes (yes, Sharknado—we see you). It’s their very unreality that makes them safe and silly enough to enjoy. Why?
