Hello,

I am Linda McDonald. I provide life coaching videos and one-on-one services to help people move forward to achieve a life of peace, harmony, love, abundance and joy. 

My approach to spiritual life coaching includes structured learning and inquiry but allows for fluidity. We are each unique and need to be seen and heard in order to learn, change and grow. Sometimes, too much structure can get in the way of how your energy needs to flow. If you choose to receive coaching with me through my video posts or one-on-one, you will always be acknowledged and appreciated for exactly who you are. No shoulda, coulda, woulda's, no judgments…just empowerment and love.

As a life coach, the tools I use include my training as a certified life coach, life experience, self-learning, meditation, connection with spirit, use of oracle cards, pendulum readings and the diving rod. I connect with my own spirit team including my guardian Archangel Uriel and with your team as well.

I will start with learning about your wants, desires and known blocks. I will want to get to know what you most value and I will do readings with you that are in part designed by you, your higher self and spirit to accomplish what you need to move forward. Your essence spreads like roots seeking water. Discovering your essence is key.
